However, AIMCo’s technology, ability to leverage data, and processes have not scaled effectively to enable the organization to deliver value on behalf of clients. As a result, AIMCo’s architecture, technology, and data are fragmented, making it a challenge to implement the new investment and client centric strategy. AIMCo undertook a wide-ranging assessment, with a focus on technology and data supporting the investments business.
